Kiama Triathlon offers two exciting race options:

Standard Distance: A challenging course featuring a 1.5km swim in the Minnamurra River, a 40km out-and-back bike ride towards Jamberoo, and a scenic 10km run along the water's edge.

Sprint Distance: A shorter, faster-paced course ideal for those seeking a thrill or stepping up from a Super Sprint. The Sprint involves a 750m swim, a 20km bike ride, and a 5km run in a stunning coastal setting.
